‘Outdated Translated’, the 2023 NCS campaign from Accenture song, reframed the criticisms teens face from society - too sensitive, obsessed with scrolling their phones or lazy - and turned them on their head by interrupting the critical voice with a positive spin that argues that Gen Z do have the skills needed to thrive in the 21st Century.
I was the lead designer on the print and digital campaign, establishing the look and feel alongside creatives (Ben Cashmore and Carys Thomas, CD’ed by Tobias Owen & Meigan Brown) to create a bright colourful typographic style that interrupts the stuffy, old-fashioned voice of the critics.
